Our leadership

Mario Anastasis

Director - Property Management

Mario is an experienced residential Block Manager with 30 years’ experience. He began his career in 1991 at a firm of Chartered Surveyors in North London managing a diverse residential property portfolio on behalf of a Church Charity and private landlord. In 2006 he decided to move to a firm of Managing Agents based in Central London that specialised in Prime Central London block management.

He successfully managed a large portfolio of predominately mansion blocks and converted properties but also purpose built and new builds. His hands-on approach and experience secured new instructions all by word of mouth and was pivotal in the growth and maintaining the existing portfolio.

During his long career, he has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in successfully managing developments and delivering a personal and bespoke service to his client’s needs and proficient in developing a strong client and tenant relationship and resolving complex issues/disputes.

Mark Blanchette

Senior Health & Safety Consultant / Principal Designer

Mark is an experienced and passionate health and safety consultant with over 20 years’ experience working across a wide range of construction projects and the built environment. He also has experience in the development of corporate safety and health policies and procedures. One of Mark's strengths is ability to develop effective working relationships with client and their project teams. His approach is proportionate to foreseeable risk.

Derek Farrow

Director - Development & Project Management

Derek has over 30 years’ experience in construction. He trained as a Quantity Surveyor and is qualified FRICS, then focused on the engineering aspects of buildings, gaining invaluable experience in energy saving and environmental issues along the way.

Derek moved into project management some 15 years ago and has recently delivered significant projects throughout Oxford and Oxfordshire. Prior experience overseas allows Derek to bring a depth of knowledge and experience that helps teams deliver to their best ability. He has the skills needed to balance the dichotomy between time, cost and quality when it comes to his clients’ projects. Not only does he provide clear and helpful advice, but he always looks to protect the long-term interest in the asset.

John Rivett

Director - Building Consultancy

John’s commercial property experience is wide and diverse, his caseload in recent years has been focused around providing expert advice in relation to dilapidations, building defects and building contract disputes. He has provided Single Joint Expert and Single Expert reports in relation to a range of dilapidation and defects cases for industrial, retail and office properties. He has also provided witness of fact evidence at the High Court.
