As we step into 2025, we’re thrilled to introduce our new branding: Rise4, Your Expert Property Partner.
This marks an exciting new chapter for our business, following the management buyout of Berry’s London and Oxford offices in the summer of 2024. 

Led by James Steel, the buyout resulted in the creation of Berrys MP & BC Limited. However, the Directors, James Steel, John Rivett, Derek Farrow and Mario Anastasis, soon recognised the need for a distinctive brand identity.

After exploring various ideas, the name Rise4 emerged as the perfect fit. “Rise” embodies positive growth and progress, while “4” reflects our core values, which underpin everything we do:

• Responsible – We uphold ethical practices, foster diversity, and prioritise building long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Innovative – We’re committed to finding creative, forward-thinking solutions that drive value, growth, and meet the evolving needs of our clients and the property sector.
• Sustainable – Environmental responsibility is at the heart of what we do, with a focus on long-term solutions that benefit communities and align with client goals.
• Excellence – With decades of expertise, we are dedicated to delivering the highest standards across all our services.

To complement the Rise4 name, we added the strapline Your Expert Property Partner, highlighting our commitment to providing trusted guidance and expertise to the property market.
