- Implementing Section 20 consultations, ensuring proper procedures are followed for major works and long-term maintenance planning.
- Regular client meetings and performance reviews to ensure client satisfaction and continued improvement.
- In house Health & Safety experts that can advise and implement all Health and Fire Safety requirements, with a particular focus on High Risk Buildings and the Building Safety Act 2022.
- Section 20 Consultation.
- Our building surveyors provide project management and contract administration services for cyclical major works and prepare Planned Preventative Maintenance reports for future budgeting and cashflow purposes.
- Handling disputes and leaseholder communications with the goal of resolving amicably. If necessary, we have experience in attending the First Tier Tribunal or County Court if a resolution cannot be reached.
- Obtaining and negotiating insurance policies to ensure the client obtains the best possible premium.
- Commercial property management, rent reviews and dilapidations.
